60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind KittyWell. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us. Opened or partially used tubs are accepted within the 60-day window – that's what the guarantee is for. Please include your order number inside the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Damages and wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your tub arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Free gifts included with your order (Priority Shipping, Healthy Feeder, Feline Longevity Guide) are not eligible for separate refunds. Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different bundle is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are covered by the same 60-day guarantee on each shipment. You can pause or cancel your subscription any time from your account or by emailing us before your next renewal date.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at [email protected].
